Welcome to Totten Pond Service Center

Since 1967 we have been servicing cars and light trucks from Waltham and surrounding areas.
Now well into our second generation managing our service center, we take a lot of pride in helping our customers better manage their automotive needs. We do this by getting to know you and your vehicle, how you drive, how long you plan to own your vehicle, and any other pertinent information that can help us advise you. We operate our service center based on the following four rules:

1. To always keep your vehicle safe and secure
2. To service your vehicle properly the first time
3. To complete service in a reasonable amount of time (95% same day)
4. To offer our service at a competitive price
